How the Smart Tennis Hub Works
Rent a tennis ball machine in three steps — no staff, no keys and no waiting, 24/7, at our self-service hubs at and near Singapore courts.

Book and pay
Pick the machine location and reserve online up to 14 days ahead, or scan the QR on the hub to start now, in your browser with no app to install. Your six-digit pickup code appears in My Bookings. Book your tennis court separately; we rent the machine.

Pick up with your code
From 30 minutes before your slot, tap Pick up on the hub's screen and enter your code. Your compartments open: take the machine, battery, balls, cart and picker, and close each door behind you.

Play, then return
Within 30 minutes of your end time, tap Return, enter the same code and put each item back. The hub checks everything in, and your deposit hold is released within 24 hours.

Tried out a rental tennis ball machine recently, and overall it was a great experience 🎾 Very easy to book—just WhatsApp the owner, who is very helpful and responsive. The machine was easy to set up and use, even for someone not very technical. It offered a good variety of speed, spin, and feed rate, which made practice sessions feel quite realistic. I especially liked how consistent the ball delivery was—it really helped me focus on improving my strokes and footwork. The battery lasted through my full 2-hour session without any issues. Portability was okay, though carrying it around can be a bit of a workout. It's also conveniently located near ActiveSG courts, so that's a plus. Overall, it's a very useful option for solo practice and definitely worth renting if you want to level up your game without a hitting partner.
