How much does it cost to rent a tennis ball machine in Singapore?
Tennis Machine SG charges $38 for 1 hour and $58 for 2 hours at its 24/7 Smart Tennis Hub, booked online. Daily rental is $78 and weekly rental is $198, arranged via WhatsApp. Every rental includes the ball machine, a charged battery, 130+ balls, a transport cart and a ball picker.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, the minimum booking is 1 hour at $38.
Do I need to pay upfront?
Bookings made online are paid when you book ($38 for 1 hour, $58 for 2 hours, plus any racquets). Only the rental fee is due at booking — the refundable S$200 security deposit hold is placed automatically 45 minutes before your slot, or at checkout if your slot starts sooner. Daily and weekly rentals are arranged via WhatsApp, and the rental fee and refundable deposit are settled directly with us.
Is there a security deposit?
Bookings made online include a refundable S$200 security deposit hold on your card. It is a hold, not a charge, and it is released 24 hours after you return everything to the Smart Tennis Hub, or sooner once the next customer has used the equipment. Your bank may take up to 7 business days to clear it.
What is included in every rental?
Every rental includes the tennis machine, a charged battery, 130+ balls, a transport cart and a ball picker. The tennis court itself is not included.
How much does it cost to add a racquet?
At a Smart Tennis Hub, racquets cost S$3 for one or S$5 for two, added when you book. The price is the same for a 1-hour or a 2-hour session, and if you leave a racquet you paid for in its compartment, the fee for it is refunded automatically.
Is the tennis court booking included in the price?
No. Our rates cover the ball machine and equipment only — you book and pay for the court separately with whoever runs it. Public courts are booked through the ActiveSG app; condominium, club and academy courts are booked with your own management or club. Book your court first, then reserve a machine slot to match.
Can I get a refund if I cancel or it rains?
Cancelling gives a full refund up to 24 hours before your start time, or within 15 minutes of booking if the slot is at least 2 hours away. You can also move a booking free of charge until 2 hours before its start, up to 3 times. If rain starts within the first 15 minutes of your session the rental fee is refunded in full; after that, unused time is refunded pro rata in 30-minute blocks.
Can I book same-day in Singapore?
Yes. Our Smart Tennis Hub is available 24/7, so you can scan the QR on the hub and collect on the spot, or reserve any upcoming hourly slot online. You can also book up to 14 days in advance.
